Sofia Craxton I was born in Mexico City to a family of cooks. I have a BSc in Chemistry and Food Science and a BA in Humanities and Hispanic Studies and will start an MA in Anthropology of Food. With an extensive background working with food, I have worked in most areas of the food industry, from new product development, cooking, teaching, writing and consulting. My culinary journey is a constant evolving process and in the following pages you can see what I do.
